Despite its name, The Basement is a ground-level apartment with access through a private courtyard garden, complete with outdoor seating for your use.
Off-street parking is available for two cars, along with an EV charger.
Entry is simple with a SmartLock using the secure pin code we provide. Inside, the open-plan layout connects the hallway, kitchen, and living area, while the master bedroom and ensuite shower room are separate.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine, and both the living room and bedroom feature Smart TVs for your entertainment.
The Basement is also family-friendly, with amenities for small children, and well-behaved dogs are welcome.
